Experience : 7–8 years (Road & Civil Works Execution)
Key Responsibilities :
Project Execution
-Execute road and civil works as per approved work orders within defined cost, quality, and timeline parameters
-Ensure compliance with technical specifications, construction standards, and safety regulations
-Site Supervision & Quality Control
-Supervise on-site construction activities and approved construction methodologies
-Monitor workmanship quality and enforce safety practices at site
Billing & Certification
-Verify contractor bills through joint measurements and site certifications
-Ensure adherence to contractual terms before bill approvals
-Documentation & Reporting
-Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and site reports
-Support audits and internal reviews through timely reporting
Resource Management
-Plan and manage deployment of manpower and machinery
-Optimize resource utilization to achieve cost efficiency
Drawings & Coordination
-Review construction drawings and designs prior to and during execution
-Coordinate with consultants and report discrepancies or improvement suggestions
Survey & Compliance Support
-Assist survey teams with boundary demarcation as per land records
Coordinate with local authorities for statutory approvals and compliance
Stakeholder Coordination
-Liaise with government bodies, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
-Support smooth execution through effective stakeholder communication
Qualifications & Skills
-Education: Degree in Civil Engineering
-Experience: 7–8 years in road and civil works execution
-Strong knowledge of IRC and MORTH standards
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
-Understanding of quality control systems and site safety practices
-Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to take execution decisions on-site
-Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English
