Key Responsibilities
-Drive revenue growth through enterprise learning solutions and custom content offerings
-Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets across domestic and international markets
-Build strong consultative relationships with senior stakeholders including Learning Heads, Business Leaders, and IT Leadership
-Own bookings, revenue, and margin targets across assigned accounts and regions
-Build, maintain, and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and active opportunities
-Accelerate customer adoption through structured learning engagement and enablement programs
-Plan and execute focused sales campaigns across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities
-Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing accounts and penetrate new customers and geographies
-Analyze account performance and sales metrics to refine sales strategies
-Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps within customer organizations
-Support customers in identifying priority use cases for emerging technology adoption
-Design detailed learning proposals and structured training roadmaps
-Promote certification and structured learning pathways to drive measurable outcomes
-Ensure seamless execution of training programs through continuous customer engagement
-Maintain accurate forecasting and provide regular pipeline updates
-Prepare and deliver business reviews to internal leadership
-Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market and co-selling opportunities when applicable
Required Qualifications & Skills
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
– 2+ years of experience in IT solutions or services sales
– 1–3 years of experience in sales or account management roles
-Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
-Good understanding of emerging technologies and enterprise learning trends
-Consultative selling mindset with strong listening skills
-Highly target-driven with a strong commitment to performance and results
-Ability to manage workload and perform under pressure
-Willingness to travel as required
