Job Responsibilities:
- Source brokers and build a strong broker network
- Attend project briefings conducted for brokers
- Conduct regular follow-ups
- Work closely with the sales team and ensure coordination
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare and maintain monthly MIS and sales reports
