About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and ensure smooth, efficient, and people-focused operations.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building structure, engagement, and performance excellence across teams.


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
End-to-end recruitment through job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.) and seamless onboarding experience.

🔹 HR Operations & Compliance:
Manage attendance, payroll through HRMS, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).

🔹 Performance Management:
Design and implement Job Descriptions (JD), KRAs, KPIs, and Performance Appraisal Systems.

🔹 Employee Engagement & Development:
Build engagement programs, conduct training sessions, and foster a positive work culture.

🔹 Strategic HR Planning:
Forecast manpower needs, develop HR policies, and ensure timely recruitments aligned with business goals.

🔹 Reports & Administration:
Maintain deployment and asset reports, oversee induction and exit formalities, and manage HR documentation.

✅ Proficiency in HRMS systems and MS Office tools


Qualifications

Degree in Human Resource Management
3–5 years in a generalist HR role, with experience leading end-to-end HR operations
Fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language
