About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Sales to lead our national sales operations within the travel trade segment. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth, developing market presence, and building long-term client partnerships across corporate, MICE, and group travel markets.

Key Responsibilities

🚀 Develop and execute robust sales strategies aligned with business goals
🤝 Build and strengthen partnerships with corporate clients, travel agents, and industry partners
👥 Lead, mentor, and inspire regional and national sales teams to achieve ambitious targets
📊 Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion
💼 Manage high-value negotiations and strategic contracts
📈 Deliver accurate forecasts and insightful performance reports
🌐 Represent the company at travel trade events, exhibitions, and forums


What You Bring

🎓 Graduate degree; MBA preferred
💪 15+ years of experience in Travel Sales & Client Acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
🌍 Proven track record in Corporate, MICE, or Travel Trade Sales
📊 Expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, and sales analytics tools (CRM proficiency)
💡 Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability
