🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Design residential & commercial buildings per municipal regulations
- Prepare plans, elevations, working & sales drawings
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and business teams for approvals
- Estimate project timelines, resources & manage deliverables
- Liaise between design architects and outsourced agencies to ensure quality outputs

- Strong design coordination & consulting skills
- Knowledge of interior design, site execution, and rate analysis
- Proactive, result-oriented, and excellent communicator
✅ Hiring Criteria:
- 60% in any two (SSC / HSC / Graduation)
- Stable career track: Avg. 3 years per role or max. 3 jobs in last 10 years
