Role Overview

Seeking a seasoned Head of Sales to lead and scale the national sales function within the travel trade segment. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing high-performing teams, and building strong relationships across corporate, MICE, and group travel segments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Lead and mentor regional and national sales teams.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across travel segments.
  • Build and maintain key client and partner relationships.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations for seamless delivery.
  • Track market trends and provide performance insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Graduate; MBA preferred.
  • 10–15 years of sales experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within the travel industry.
  • Proven success in achieving revenue and market growth.
  • Strong network within corporate and MICE travel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
