About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing Director to lead brand strategy, positioning, and marketing communications. This senior leadership role focuses on building a strong brand identity, driving awareness, and strengthening reputation across digital and offline channels — both in India and global markets.


Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and execute the overall brand strategy including tone, voice, and visual identity.
  • Strengthen brand equity across owned, earned, and paid media channels.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and audience insights to refine positioning.

2️⃣ Marketing Communications

  • Lead content, PR, events, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, events, media, etc.).
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all external communication.

3️⃣ Thought Leadership & PR

  • Build industry visibility through awards, partnerships, reports, and media outreach.
  • Manage PR agencies and maintain strong relationships with media publications.
  • Drive content-led storytelling around brand success, innovation, and impact.

4️⃣ Performance & Measurement

  • Define KPIs for brand awareness, engagement, and share of voice.
  • Use analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.

5️⃣ Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a multi-functional marketing team (content, design, PR, social media).
  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, delivery, HR) for consistent brand representation — including employer branding and client communications.

6️⃣ Brand Marketing Operations

  • Ensure smooth execution of brand content operations.
  • Oversee video production and marketing activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–15 years of experience in brand marketing, corporate communications, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Background in digital marketing, advertising, or technology preferred.
  • Proven success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and strengthening brand equity.
  • Strong creative storytelling, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
