We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record in the Fire & Safety, Security Systems, and IBMS industry. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, develop client relationships, and lead business expansion while meeting and exceeding regional revenue targets.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve/exceed targets.
- Build strong relationships with end clients, MEP consultants, PMCs, government accounts, turnkey contractors, OEMs.
- Identify & pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing client accounts.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of Fire Detection, Suppression Systems, Electronic Security & IBMS.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients & consultants.
- Lead internal teams and partners to ensure project success & customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, competitor analysis, and business development reports.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, product, operations, and support teams for smooth execution & handover.
🎯 Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales within Fire Detection, Suppression, Security Systems & IBMS.
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed.
