🕒 Experience: 5+ Years in Fire Detection / Suppression, Electronic Security & IBMS
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Business / Marketing (or related field)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record in the Fire & Safety, Security Systems, and IBMS industry. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, develop client relationships, and lead business expansion while meeting and exceeding regional revenue targets.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve/exceed targets.
  • Build strong relationships with end clients, MEP consultants, PMCs, government accounts, turnkey contractors, OEMs.
  • Identify & pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing client accounts.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge of Fire Detection, Suppression Systems, Electronic Security & IBMS.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients & consultants.
  • Lead internal teams and partners to ensure project success & customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, competitor analysis, and business development reports.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, product, operations, and support teams for smooth execution & handover.

🎯 Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales within Fire Detection, Suppression, Security Systems & IBMS.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed.
