Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to drive client acquisition and strengthen relationships in the recruitment & staffing industry. You will lead business growth efforts, manage a small team, and work closely with leadership to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and engage potential clients across industries for recruitment and staffing solutions.
  • Generate leads via market research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and events.
  • Present tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close profitable contracts.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly/quarterly targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and CXOs.
  • Understand client needs and industry trends to offer effective solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery in coordination with recruitment teams.
  • Resolve client issues promptly.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and guide junior business development executives.
  • Allocate leads, track progress, and ensure target achievement.

Market & Reporting

  • Track competitor activities and market trends.
  • Share sales forecasts, performance reports, and recommendations to improve service offerings.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven B2B sales expertise in a service-based industry (recruitment/staffing preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and drive teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
  • 2–5 years of successful B2B business development experience with a proven sales track record.
