Role Summary:
The CSR Manager will lead all CSR initiatives, partnerships, and funding strategies. This includes identifying CSR opportunities, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring impactful implementation aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CSR strategy and programs
- Identify and liaise with CSR partners and funding organizations
- Monitor and evaluate CSR project impact
- Ensure compliance with CSR laws and documentation requirements
- Represent the organization at CSR and social impact events
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in CSR management
- Strong knowledge of CSR laws and compliance
- Excellent networking and communication skills
