Role Summary:
The Government Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives targeting public sector institutions and government bodies. The role involves handling tenders, proposals, and building strong relationships within the government ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities with government departments and PSUs
- Drive end-to-end bid management, including tenders and RFPs
- Engage with senior government officials to build strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance with government procurement norms
- Work cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions
Requirements:
- Graduate degree (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience in government sector
- Experience with public procurement processes
- Strong presentation and communication skills
