Role Overview:
Looking for a strategic and result-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a stronghold in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will lead all financial planning, risk management, compliance, and investor relations while supporting growth and profitability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy, forecasting, and risk management for the organization.
- Oversee budgeting, accounting, audits, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Manage investor relationships, fundraising, and capital structure.
- Monitor project-wise financial health, cash flows, and ROI.
- Collaborate with business heads to support strategic decisions.
- Drive financial process improvements and automation.
- Lead tax planning, internal controls, and cost optimization strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of real estate project financing, legal structures, and compliances.
- Expertise in financial modeling, capital structuring, and investor relations.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
