Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to head high-revenue accounts in rooms and corporate sales. You will manage key clients and lead acquisition for luxury and premium stays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive room nights and revenue from corporate accounts.
- Engage directly with procurement heads, admins, and decision-makers in client firms.
- Forecast occupancy, track booking trends, and maintain CRM records.
- Represent the brand in trade shows and industry meets.
- Close high-ticket deals and frame long-term contracts.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in room sales and large corporate account handling.
- Should have Bangalore market experience and understanding of seasonal demand.
- Good interpersonal and data-driven sales acumen.
