About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven Sales Professional with experience in Freight Forwarding (Air/Sea), capable of generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue through new and existing accounts. Ideal candidates will have solid client-facing experience, industry knowledge, and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach shippers, freight forwarders, and CHAs for business development
  • Generate new leads and explore growth opportunities across the freight domain
  • Conduct client meetings to introduce the company’s service offerings
  • Work toward achieving assigned monthly sales targets
  • Nurture existing client relationships with regular calls and check-ins
  • Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Documentation teams to ensure smooth shipment follow-up
  • Track and analyze market trends and suggest effective business penetration strategies
  • Handle RFQs/quotations, proposals, and client pricing documentation
  • Submit timely reports to the reporting manager
  • Ensure proactive follow-ups on payments and collections
  • Conduct internal review meetings to assess and enhance performance
  • Take ownership of additional sales initiatives and responsibilities as assigned

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5–8 years of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics
  • Strong relationship-building and client communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience in handling B2B clients and shipping operations
