Looking for a Senior Associate – Commercial Contracts with deep experience in handling high-volume contract drafting, vetting, negotiation, and stakeholder management. The role includes working with cross-functional teams across business and legal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
- Advising internal stakeholders on contractual rights and obligations
- Maintaining contract lifecycle, compliance, and records
- Identifying risks and ensuring alignment with corporate legal policy
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of commercial contracts experience
- Excellent command over legal documentation and business negotiations
- Experience in tech/startup/investment industries preferred
