Role Overview:
We are hiring a Principal Associate for a leading Venture Capital / Venture Debt legal advisory role. The candidate must come with solid exposure in handling VC/VD transactions, investor agreements, due diligence, structuring, and client negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating investment term sheets and shareholders’ agreements
- Leading VC/VD deal closures end-to-end
- Legal due diligence, advisory, compliance structuring
- Advising startups, funds, and investors on regulatory and transactional frameworks
- Managing junior legal team members and maintaining TAT
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong VC/VD experience of 5+ years
- Currently working in a law firm or in-house VC legal team
- Exceptional communication and client-handling skills
