Job Summary:
We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow institutional partnerships in your region. This strategic role involves engaging senior decision-makers across government bodies, CSR leaders, and large education groups, helping them adopt scalable digital transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-value, long-cycle institutional sales opportunities.
- Own the regional sales strategy, identify market gaps, and proactively explore CSR/government collaborations.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders—Secretaries, Trustees, Directors of Education.
- Monitor and respond to large-scale public tenders and empanelment invitations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling value propositions.
- Deliver presentations, demos, and ROI-focused proposals at regional and national forums.
Candidate Profile:
- 6+ years of proven success in institutional or B2B solution sales (preferably EdTech, SaaS, or ICT).
- Familiarity with CSR-funded education programs, public procurement norms, and tendering processes.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex decision-making hierarchies.
- Skilled in using CRM tools like Salesforce/Zoho for sales pipeline tracking.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across the assigned region.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA with a Sales/Marketing specialization preferred.
