🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end IT recruitment across domains such as software development, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, and data engineering.
- Source candidates using job portals, social platforms, internal databases, and vendor references.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offer negotiations and closures.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports, trackers, and status updates.
🔹 Required Skills:
- Good understanding of IT technologies and current trends in hiring.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and ATS systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles effectively.
- Professional, confident, and proactive approach to sourcing and client coordination.
