🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end outsourced fabric printing operations, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
- Supervise the internal design-to-print coordination, including handing off files, sample reviews, and integration with final product processes.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships with external printing partners, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth coordination.
- Oversee production of wide-width fabrics and ensure color accuracy and material consistency across batches.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, timelines, and printing specifications.
- Utilize CAD design software for design prep and approval process.
- Collaborate with internal design, product, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Identify and resolve process issues, implement corrective actions, and enhance overall efficiency.
🔹 Skills Required:
- Proficiency in digital fabric printing techniques and machinery.
- Strong knowledge of textile types, dyes, inks, and printing technologies.
- Hands-on experience with CAD design tools related to fabric printing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and ensure delivery excellence.
- Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
