🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Payroll Management:
- Handle end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees with 100% accuracy.
- Validate salary structures, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements pre-disbursement.
- Ensure timely submission of PF, ESI, PT, and LWF contributions.
- Respond to payroll-related employee queries (salary, tax, deductions, etc.).
✅ Taxation & TDS Compliance:
- Compute TDS as per Income Tax Act and deposit on time.
- File quarterly and annual TDS returns (Form 24Q, Form 16, etc.).
- Advise employees on tax planning and investment declarations.
✅ Statutory Compliance & Audits:
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishments Act.
- Prepare for and handle internal, statutory, and ISO audits.
- Maintain audit-ready reports and documentation.
✅ Employee Benefits Administration:
- Manage leave, LTA, gratuity, and F&F settlements.
- Handle exceptional cases like retirement, death benefits, or post-retirement extensions.
- Process ESIC returns and assessments including Form 7A.
✅ Process & Compliance Integration:
- Ensure compensation structures align with internal frameworks and legal guidelines.
- Lead the Annual Increment Process and review for compliance.
- Coordinate global integration-related processes where applicable.
🔹 Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and Gratuity.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Keka, SAP, etc.).
- Strong MS Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
- Familiar with ISO audit processes and documentation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
