🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by onboarding startups, SMEs, and large enterprises to flexible workspace solutions.
- Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs, real estate heads, and key decision-makers.
- Execute targeted outreach strategies via brokers and channel partners for lead generation and deal closures.
- Handle end-to-end enterprise sales cycles—lead nurturing, proposal pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Lead and coach the city revenue team to exceed revenue and occupancy targets.
- Monitor and improve sales funnel efficiency, including forecasting and pipeline management.
- Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activity, regulatory changes, and demand drivers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, legal, and client teams for seamless execution.
- Represent the brand in external forums, networking events, and industry connects.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in commercial leasing, real estate sales, or coworking industry.
- Proven ability to manage long-cycle, consultative sales processes and enterprise accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM or enterprise SaaS sales tools.
- Ability to lead under pressure, with high emotional intelligence and team management capability.
