- Own revenue and membership growth across startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
- Build strategic relationships with CXOs, Heads of Real Estate, HR, and Founders.
- Drive lead generation, pipeline development, and deal closure for workspace leasing.
- Lead a high-performance sales team, ensuring target achievement.
- Manage broker relationships and real estate channel partnerships.
- Oversee market expansion strategies and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the brand at key networking events and conferences.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years in enterprise sales, commercial real estate, or coworking space leasing.
- Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership in managing sales teams and high-value clients.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools; knowledge of real estate micro-markets.
