What We’re Looking For :
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in project sales within the uPVC doors and windows segment.
- Strong knowledge of the building materials and construction industry.
- Proven experience working with architects, builders, contractors, developers, and project consultants.
- Established customer networks and good knowledge of the assigned territory.
- Experience in sales team management and territory development.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and business development capabilities.
- Fluency in English and the relevant local language.
