🏭 Industry: Chemical / Pesticide Manufacturing Industry

What we’re looking for:

• 2–6 years of experience in chemical manufacturing / process operations.
• Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering or ITI – AOCP.
• Hands-on experience operating chemical process equipment such as reactors, distillation units, pumps, and compressors.
• Experience in batch processing and following production recipes and SOPs.
• Good understanding of process parameters, equipment monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
• Exposure to chemical safety, PPE, emergency procedures, and safe operating practices.
• Experience maintaining production logs, batch records, and shift handover documentation.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong awareness of plant safety and process discipline.
• Good attention to detail while monitoring equipment and process parameters.
• Ability to identify abnormalities and report equipment/process issues promptly.
• Understanding of basic equipment maintenance and coordination with maintenance teams.
• Ability to work effectively with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment.
• Focus on productivity, quality, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.
