What We’re Looking For :
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA and ZPA
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Zscaler security policies, access controls, and web-security configurations
• Good understanding of GRE/IPSec, PAC files, SSL inspection, and proxy technologies
• Experience troubleshooting ZPA App Connectors, application segments, and user access
• Exposure to Zscaler Client Connector and enterprise authentication
• Understanding of SAML, SCIM, OAuth, DNS, and SSO concepts
• Experience with log analysis, packet captures, SIEM, and root-cause investigation
• Familiarity with ITIL-based incident and service management
What You’ll Bring :
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Practical understanding of enterprise network and cloud security
• Ability to investigate complex incidents and identify root causes
• Good customer communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within SLA-driven support environments
