What We’re Looking For
• Practical exposure to Zscaler ZIA and ZPA
• Understanding of network security and TCP/IP fundamentals
• Experience in monitoring security events and performing alert triage
• Knowledge of log analysis and basic incident investigation
• Familiarity with SIEM or security monitoring platforms
• Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems
• Basic understanding of cloud security concepts
