What We’re Looking For :
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in leather garments manufacturing, finishing, or export houses
• Hands-on knowledge of leather garment finishing and quality inspection
• Experience in supervising finishing teams and managing daily workloads
• Good understanding of packing, tagging, labeling, and dispatch processes
• Ability to coordinate with Production and Quality teams
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good communication, follow-up, and team-handling skills
