What We’re Looking For
• 5–8 years of experience in production merchandising
• Relevant experience in Home, Home Furnishing, Home Textile, Apparel, or related industries
• Strong understanding of production planning and end-to-end order execution
• Hands-on experience with TNA (Time & Action) management
• Experience coordinating with factories and buying houses
• Good knowledge of target costing and commercial aspects of production
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills
