What We’re Looking For
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in production merchandising
• Strong exposure to Home, Home Furnishing, Home Textile, Apparel, or related industries
• Good understanding of production planning and order execution
• Hands-on experience managing TNA calendars and production schedules
• Experience coordinating with factories and buying houses
• Good understanding of target costing and commercial aspects of production
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and documentation skills
