• 4–8 years of relevant experience in fashion or apparel design
• Strong understanding of apparel product development and garment construction
• Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, embellishments, prints, and finishes
• Strong awareness of current and emerging fashion trends
• Experience developing commercially viable and customer-focused collections
• Strong creative, conceptual, and visual presentation skills
• Ability to work closely with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams
