What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++ — both mandatory
- Practical experience developing deep learning models for:
- Object Detection
- Image Classification
- Semantic Segmentation
- Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
- Knowledge of model optimization and quantization
- Hands-on experience with ONNX, TorchScript, and TensorRT
- Understanding of real-time inference and performance optimization
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
What you’ll bring:
- Ability to develop, train, fine-tune, and optimize computer vision models
- Experience implementing data preprocessing, augmentation, and post-processing techniques
- Ability to move models from research to production
- Experience deploying AI models in C++ environments
- Understanding of GPU acceleration and performance tuning
- Ability to build solutions suitable for edge devices and real-time applications
- Strong collaborative approach to working with engineering and cross-functional teams
- Curiosity and willingness to stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies
