What we’re looking for:
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in facilities, engineering, or property operations
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial / leadership role
- Experience in hospitality, co-living, student housing, serviced apartments, hotels, or mixed-use developments
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
- Strong hands-on knowledge of MEP systems and building operations
- Experience managing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water systems, fire & life safety, elevators, DG systems, and BMS
- Strong experience in preventive and predictive maintenance
- Experience managing engineering teams, vendors, contractors, and service partners
- Good understanding of safety regulations, statutory compliance, and emergency preparedness
- Experience handling OPEX/CAPEX budgets and cost optimization
- Strong problem-solving, crisis-management, and decision-making skills
What you’ll bring:
- Strong ownership of end-to-end facility and engineering operations
- Ability to maintain high standards of property uptime, safety, and service quality
- Experience developing maintenance schedules and monitoring equipment performance
- Strong vendor and contractor management capabilities
- Ability to manage breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle and replacement planning
- Ability to drive energy efficiency, sustainability, and utility-cost optimization
- Strong team leadership, coaching, and performance-management skills
- Resident/customer-focused approach with excellent stakeholder communication
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
