What we’re looking for :
- 3–5 years of experience in microbiology, preferably within the dairy/food industry
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology
- Hands-on experience in microbiological testing of dairy or food products
- Experience with raw material, UHT, retorted products, and plant hygiene analysis
- Knowledge of environmental monitoring and microbiological quality testing
- Good understanding of microbiological laboratory practices and techniques
What you’ll bring :
- Practical knowledge of media preparation and handling
- Experience with plating, bacterial isolation, and identification techniques
- Knowledge of dry heat and steam sterilization
- Hands-on familiarity with laboratory equipment such as:
- Autoclave
- Incubators / BOD incubator
- Microscope
- Laminar Air Flow
- ATP monitoring systems
- Good documentation and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work effectively in a QA laboratory environment
