What we’re looking for :
- 13–15 years of overall experience in technology delivery
- 10+ years of experience in project, program, or service delivery management
- Strong experience managing complex software/technology projects
- Mandatory PMP or PRINCE certification
- Strong knowledge of PMBOK and Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Jira and MS Project (MPP)
- Strong understanding of modern technology, including AI
- Experience managing project budgets, resources, risks, and P&L
- Strong client and stakeholder management experience
- Proven ability to lead and mentor large technology teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
