What We’re Looking For :
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in commercial contracts, procurement, or contract administration
- Strong experience in vendor and commercial negotiations
- Hands-on exposure to RFQs, RFPs, tenders and commercial evaluations
- Experience managing purchase orders, work orders and vendor agreements
- Background in commercial real estate, infrastructure, construction, facility management, or corporate real estate
- Strong understanding of commercial terms, contractual obligations and risk areas
- Ability to drive cost optimization and commercially sound vendor decisions
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong contract review and negotiation skills
- Ability to evaluate commercial proposals and identify cost implications
- Experience managing the complete procurement cycle from requirement to vendor finalization
- Good understanding of key contractual provisions such as payment terms, indemnity, liability, warranties, termination and dispute resolution
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A structured and detail-oriented approach to documentation and contract administration
- Ability to work effectively with procurement, business, finance and legal teams
