- Sales professional with experience in General Trade, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of distributor management and retail market operations.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, customer-focused, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
What You’ll Bring :
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business or Management background is an advantage).
- 2–6 years of experience in General Trade Sales.
- Knowledge of retail distribution, channel sales, and territory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools is preferred.
