What We’re Looking For :
- 18+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, or Enterprise Finance Consulting.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred.
- MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience leading consulting or functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, regulatory compliance, sustainability reporting, and finance transformation.
- Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting platforms, or enterprise finance applications.
- Ability to engage effectively with CFOs, Finance Controllers, and senior business leaders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
