What We’re Looking For :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of the complete semiconductor product development lifecycle in a fabless environment.
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams across Analog, Digital Design, Verification, RF, Physical Design, DFT, Validation, and Product Engineering.
- Hands-on experience coordinating tapeout activities and working with semiconductor foundries.
- Solid understanding of SoC architecture, silicon development, product execution, and engineering workflows.
- Strong expertise in project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience working with geographically distributed engineering teams.
