What We’re Looking For :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related discipline.
- 12–18 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong experience in HEMM, mining equipment, industrial machinery, or heavy engineering procurement.
- Expertise in supplier development, strategic sourcing, contract management, and commercial negotiations.
- Experience managing procurement planning, inventory control, and vendor performance.
- Working knowledge of import procurement, logistics coordination, and international sourcing.
- Experience using ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Navision, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
