What We’re Looking For :
- 5+ years of experience in Java backend application development.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, multithreading, collections, and object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Integration.
- Experience working with Apache Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized application deployment.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Proficiency in Shell Scripting for automation and operational support.
- Experience working with Git and modern development environments.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as DB2, Sybase, Snowflake, or similar.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend integration.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
