- Strong understanding of channel sales, dealer management, and retail distribution.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated professional with a customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Nigeria.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing for ERW Steel Pipes.
- Hands-on experience managing dealer and distributor networks.
- Strong business development and market expansion capabilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- MBA or B.Tech qualification.
- Age between 30 and 45 years.
