What we’re looking for :
- Manage procurement of fabrics and trims with timely ordering
- Monitor TNA timelines and drive on‑time delivery performance
- Coordinate with internal teams and buying houses for seamless workflow
- Follow up on approvals, submissions, and buyer requirements
- Track daily production reports (DPR) and monitor progress against deadlines
- Provide accurate updates on product and production status to buyers and management
- Collaborate with team members to manage sample submissions and approvals
What you’ll bring :
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience with men’s wear buyers, preferably US markets
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely execution
