- Oversee sampling, costing, and re‑engineering to meet target price points
- Ensure workflow efficiency through planning, follow‑up, and activity coordination
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver quality products on schedule
What you’ll bring :
- Graduate degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience in product development and merchandising
- Mandatory background in export houses with exposure to home textiles
- Strong knowledge of costing, sampling, and buyer management
- Excellent organizational skills and effective email communication abilities
- Proven track record of managing product categories in home textiles
