What we’re looking for :
- Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations with focus on guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver premium hospitality
- Handle guest feedback and ensure seamless issue resolution
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
- Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control effectively
- Prepare performance reports and track operational metrics
- Drive revenue growth through guest engagement and upselling initiatives
- Ensure adherence to brand protocols and service excellence
What you’ll bring :
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or related field
- 5–8 years of restaurant operations experience, including 2+ years in management
- Background in luxury hotels, fine dining, or premium hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management tools
- Professional presence with ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments
