What we’re looking for :

- Ensure adherence to brand protocols and service excellence
What you’ll bring :
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or related field
- 5–8 years of restaurant operations experience, including 2+ years in management
- Background in luxury hotels, fine dining, or premium hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management tools
- Professional presence with ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments
