What we’re looking for :

  • Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations with focus on guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver premium hospitality
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
  • Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control effectively
  • Prepare performance reports and track operational metrics
  • Drive revenue growth through guest engagement and upselling initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to brand protocols and service excellence

What you’ll bring :

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or related field
  • 5–8 years of restaurant operations experience, including 2+ years in management
  • Background in luxury hotels, fine dining, or premium hospitality preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management tools
  • Professional presence with ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments
