What we’re looking for :
- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare briefing notes, agendas, and documents for leadership discussions
- Organize and record meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow‑ups
- Draft and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Act as liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Support execution of strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for decision‑making
- Maintain records, trackers, and official documentation with confidentiality
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Cinema teams for seamless execution
What you’ll bring :
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
- 6–10 years of experience as Executive Assistant or CEO Office support
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MIS reporting
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or corporate environments preferred
