What we’re looking for :
- Monitor RCC and finishing activities across multiple sites
- Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of materials, test reports, and work progress
- Document issues, delays, and corrective measures for project tracking
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams for seamless execution
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
- Support project teams by clarifying technical details and resolving queries
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project milestones within timelines
What you’ll bring :
- Civil engineering background preferred
- 5+ years of experience in site supervision and RCC work management
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in reporting tools and construction documentation processes
- Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to project changes
