We are looking for an experienced Land Acquisition Manager to evaluate land opportunities, conduct feasibility assessments, and support strategic real estate development decisions.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct land feasibility studies for residential and commercial development projects
✅ Evaluate site suitability based on location, topography, infrastructure, and development potential
✅ Perform market research, demand analysis, and competitive assessments
✅ Review zoning regulations, statutory approvals, and legal compliance requirements
✅ Develop financial models, project viability assessments, and investment analysis
✅ Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies
✅ Prepare detailed feasibility reports and present recommendations to stakeholders
✅ Coordinate with legal, planning, finance, and project teams during land acquisition processes
Required Skills
✔ Experience in Land Acquisition, Real Estate Development, Feasibility Studies, or Investment Analysis
✔ Strong understanding of zoning regulations, land approvals, and real estate market dynamics
✔ Expertise in financial modeling, ROI analysis, project costing, and investment evaluation
✔ Strong analytical, research, and decision-making skills
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and presentation abilities
Preferred Profile
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field
🎓 Real Estate industry experience is mandatory
🎓 Strong knowledge of land development and acquisition processes
