We are looking for a results-driven Manager – Growth & Partnerships to drive business growth by acquiring and managing clients seeking cross-border e-commerce and export solutions.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify and acquire new clients across e-commerce, D2C, and export-focused businesses.
✅ Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, market outreach, and strategic partnerships.
✅ Understand customer challenges and recommend tailored export and logistics solutions.
✅ Present service offerings, conduct solution demonstrations, and prepare customized commercial proposals.
✅ Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and client onboarding.
✅ Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
✅ Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship management.
✅ Maintain CRM hygiene, sales reports, and pipeline visibility.
Ideal Candidate
✔ 2–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Client Acquisition.
✔ Experience in Exports, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Courier, E-commerce, or Supply Chain industries preferred.
✔ Strong understanding of international shipping, customs processes, compliance, and logistics operations.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
✔ Proven ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
✔ Experience using CRM tools and managing structured sales pipelines.
