We are looking for a driven and strategic Senior Manager – Growth & Partnerships to lead business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives within the fulfillment and logistics ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce, warehousing, supply chain operations, and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Drive new business acquisition and build a strong pipeline of clients requiring fulfillment, warehousing, and logistics solutions.
✅ Engage with e-commerce, D2C, retail, and enterprise customers to understand operational challenges and propose tailored solutions.
✅ Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, solution presentation, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful account launches.
✅ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value and long-term partnerships.
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
✅ Analyze business challenges, recommend process improvements, and drive solution-oriented outcomes.
✅ Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams while driving accountability and performance excellence.
Ideal Candidate
✔ 7–11 years of experience in Business Development, Growth, Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales.
✔ Experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, E-commerce, SaaS, or related industries.
✔ Strong understanding of fulfillment operations, customer acquisition, and solution selling.
✔ Proven track record of managing large accounts and closing high-value deals.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
✔ Experience leading and scaling sales teams in a target-driven environment.
